Benson Hsu Forgot to mention - their website is a great tool to find what you're looking for because it keeps inventory for each individual store. I bought a gas cook top, but had to go to the store twice because the sales associate couldn't find it... but it was there, just like the website stated.about 1 month ago

Unverified User I purchased a refrigerator from Sears Outlet Wauwatosa 7/2/10. I really didn't know exactly what I wanted. They(Justin & Jerry) were so helpful. Justin spent a lot of time (almost 2 hours) explaining the different options on almost every stove, refrigerator and dishwasher in the store. Justin even went online to look up appliance's for me. Unverified User Sears is a great store, but has lost it's core focus. They would be better served to take all the emphasis placed on cleaning and polishing, and put it in to maintaining stock levels and service after the sale. You can't sell it if you don't have it. Sears service is grosly under staffed, and they promise they will be there at a certain day or time and don't show.It doesn't do a customer much good to pay hard earned money for a protection agreement that isn't backed up.2 months ago

albin5925@... I went to this sears to purchase a gift for my dad, i knew what i wanted and where to find it, but i didn't like how i felt. The salesman ran me down and asked if I would come to him to be checked out so he could get his commission, i said o.k., but he was watching me the whole time, i felt uncomfortable, and he kept asking me if I was ready to check out, i felt rushed.
